The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Booked a king room with a balcony. The room had central heating, pay TV, and a coffee maker. The location of the hotel was good and ideal. The shuttle to-and-from the airport was a big plus.

The location to the Crocker Park area was ideal and exceptionally nice. And it was also very close to restaurants gas stations stores, Cleveland for the night and the airport. The service was excellant, including a simple check-in. They also provided a shuttle to-and-from the airport.

Some of the staff were not that friendly.

The staff was amazing. The accommodation was convenient and fairly clean. The hotel's location was ideal, really close to a hockey tournament 9/14-9/16, Cleveland, the airport, and the Crocker Park area. Exceptionally nice and fine room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was equipped with a bath.

Enjoyed having a room with a bathtub. The location was awesome - super convenient, just a stone's throw away from everything we wanted to go. 🌟

A shuttle service is available to and from the airport. the location is great, close to the Crocker Park area and adjacent to Cleveland, restaurants, and theaters.

The hotel is convenient with inviting rooms and amazing beds. The staff are very professional and extremely helpful; they answered every question I had. The lobby bar is nice, I liked this place. When I am in Middleburg Heights, I like staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was convenient, and the fact that they had an airport shuttle and a 24-hour front desk made our travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good selection of TV stations. The staff was always professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service. Despite some minor issues mentioned by other guests, we had a positive experience overall.

Some guests mentioned that the washcloths were rough and there was a lack of toiletries provided.

Stayed for 2 nights before and after our vacation. The staff were great. Ideal location right at the airport. Close to a theater and other public areas. Convenient for attending a hockey tournament. Easily reached Pizza Hut for lunch/dinner.

The staff here are fantastic and amazing, the services offered are excellent, the room looks just like the pictures online - remodeled and with a balcony, and the food served is great!

Convenient location near race, short drive to Cleveland, nice small gym, acceptable cafe, good pool and whirlpool.
